Guidelines for Parents

1. ID cards for the parents will be issued by the school, there by requesting the parents to bring it daily while receiving their children.
2. Parents ID card is compulsory when they pick up the child. If any other member of the family intends to pick the child, it is mandatory for the parents to      inform/call the school office in advance.
3. If child is having any serious health problems please inform to the class teacher in the beginning itself.
4. Holidays,/Events/competition circulars will be circulated from time to time, kindly follow them.
5. If children are unwell during the night please don’t bring them to school as they are usually tired and will not enjoy themselves. Certain “BUGS” and     “ILLNESS” are very infectious and we would appreciate it if you could keep your child at home until all risks of infecting others have passed.
6. Check and sign your child’s diary regularly and place it in the child’s bag everyday.
7. Parents are requested to attend all Parents-Teachers Meeting compulsorily, whenever held
8. If any leave taken by the child, parents are requested to make a note in the school diary
9. For proper functioning of school, parents are requested to come on time to pick up their child on time and drop them on time in the morning.
10. Parents are requested to take care of their children once they are out of the school premises.
11. Parents are requested not to crowd and engage in conversation outside the school gates as this creates a lot of confusion at the school gates.
12. Please do not talk to the teacher about your child’s progress while dropping your child as all the kids need their attention then.
13. Please stick the photo of the child in the diary and fill the details.
14. Full name (with initials) class and section should be written both on school bag.
15. Child should carry one extra dress in his/her bag.
16. Students can be picked up only at 11:30 am with prior information in case of emergency. Not in between class hours
17. Place a small hanky in child’s uniform pocket. (Don’t pin the hanky).
18. The parents are requested not to send non-veg including egg and junk food like chips, cakes etc…. in the lunch box.
19. Please keep your child’s nails cut.
20. Parents are requested not to put any gold and silver ornaments on the child.
21. Please make sure that child doesn’t carry any sharp object in his/her bag.
22. Shoes should be polished everyday.
23. Send pencil box with two pencils, one eraser, One sharpener and one scale.
24. Crayons/Rangeela water color should be carried by the child every day.
25. Cleanliness has to be maintained everyday (Bag, books, uniform).
26. Uniform must be purchased every two years compulsorily.
27. Parents should inform van/bus driver if picking up the child in person.
28. School management and staff will not be responsible for those children who are travelling in private vans or autos. It is parents’ responsibility      regarding their child’s safety.
